For over a decade Luisa has been researching evidence-based studies in psychology, leadership, emotional intelligence, motivation and habit change, and uses her knowledge and training to ask clients insightful questions that generate personal and business growth.
She doesn't have a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching and each relationship is unique, considering leadership style, organisational culture and goals, feedback and other factors that impact executive performance. Her objective is that clients leave each session with new insights that can be acted on.
